Order Cancellation

If your order has already been processed, packed, or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it. In that case, you may request a return after receiving the item according to our return policy.
Order Processing Time

Returns

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Certain items, such as personal-care items, clearance items, or perishable goods, may be non-returnable.
Refunds

If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
